Hi! I decided to put this blog together to get my thoughts out there and try to make sense of things as I live through them. I have a lot of random thoughts, mainly about health, finances, spirituality, love, and music. My blog posts may seem sporadic and might not make sense to most, but they make sense to me and help me release and share what is going on in my head/life. Thank you for reading and being interested!
Just a few things to note:
revampologist – is a word my sister help me come up with as I kicked off my health coaching practice. I tend to help people revamp their lives and act as a change agent for them, because I really get excited about change.
revampology™ – is a platform I built to help health coaches manage their business administration and client base online. I found that most people who are in holistic health care don’t really have a business management background, so I built the technology to help them do that remotely. The service is free, so check it out! It can be used by anyone who has a client base they want to track, set up appointments with them, manage document storage in one place that they want to share with their clients, and invoice them, as well. It is a cloud based platform, so you can access it from anywhere you have internet access.
